Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 4, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ServiceCore (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ServiceCore is a cloud-based field service management platform designed for contractors in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and related trades in the United States. Features include work order management, job dispatch and scheduling, customer records, quoting, invoicing, payment collection, and technician mobile access.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account at support@servicecore.tech.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident or entity authorized to operate a business in the United States to use the Service.
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial terms at any time.
5. Subscription and Payment
After the free trial, the Service is available for $90 per month ("Subscription Fee"). Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Payment is processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the Subscription Fee on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price changes via email. Continued use of the Service after the new pricing takes effect constitutes acceptance.
Accounts with outstanding balances may be suspended until payment is received. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for non-payment after a reasonable grace period.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive files
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the Service to third parties without our written consent
- Use the Service to store or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on any third-party rights
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without prior notice.
8. Your Data
You retain ownership of all business data, customer information, work orders, invoices, and other content you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant ServiceCore a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Upon termination of your account, you may request an export of Your Data within 30 days. After that period, we may delete Your Data from our systems. We are not liable for any loss of data following account termination.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, features, and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by ServiceCore and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with Stripe for payment processing. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service. ServiceCore is not responsible for the actions, security, or availability of any third-party services.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SERVICECORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SERVICECORE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ServiceCore and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, Your Data, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in class action litigation.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above and notify you via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
